Exhibiting your classic car at Harwell Feast

If you have a classic car that you would like to show, we would love to hear from you. You may like to take part in the parade through the village or prefer to go straight to the recreation ground. 

Please register your interest using the Classic Car Booking Form or, if you are unable to access the form, please email us with the make, model and registration number of your vehicle, together with your name and telephone number and  confirm whether you will take part in the parade.

Booking in advance is essential for us to allocate sufficient space  on the recreation ground. If you have already booked but are unable to attend please let us know so that we can reallocate your space.

Although registration is free, purchase of a programme is appreciated. Programmes can be purchased at a reduced rate from local shops and establishments before the event.

To join the parade:

Please arrive at The Croft (OX11 0ED) for 10.00am where marshals will guide you.

To go straight to the recreation ground:

Please enter via the Wantage Road gate (OX11 0LJ) by 10.15am to be marshalled to your space.
