Volunteer with us
Harwell Feast is organised by a small team of volunteers. The Feast Committee start planning in January when the main tasks are allocated. By the end of January the website is updated and booking forms are made available for stallholders and food vendors.
However, we could not run an event of this size without a large team of additional volunteers. On Feast day volunteers are essential to help set up on the field, marshal the road closure, man the entry gates and clear up, both during the event and afterwards. The Committee are always looking for additional help so if you have time to spare it would be very much appreciated. Please click on the link if you are able to join our team of volunteers.
