Being a stallholder at Harwell Feast

Entry is by programme and in recent years we have regularly achieved a footfall of 3,500-4,000 visitors.

We welcome enquiries from stallholders selling hand-crafted goods. Stallholders have the option of either hiring a table in our dedicated craft marquee or bringing their own 3m x 3m gazebo and hiring a space on the recreation ground. Prices are £55 and £50, respectively.

We are delighted to offer the opportunity to sample foods from around the world, as well as traditional fish and chips, burgers and a hog roast! Food vendors can apply to bring mobile food vehicles (up to 3m x 6m) or to have a space for their own 3m x 3m gazebo. Prices are £200 and £150, respectively.

There are also a limited number of spaces on offer for charitable organisations to attend with their own gazebo to raise awareness of their work and to fundraise.
